Shipping policy

MV3D products are made to order using 3D printing. Manufacturing and delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on part complexity and production workload. The Buyer will be informed in the event of any exceptional delay.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping information provided (first name, last name, full address) prior to confirming the order.

Any delay, delivery failure, or additional cost resulting from an error or omission in the information provided by the Buyer (incomplete or inaccurate address, incorrect name, etc.) shall not give rise to any interest, indemnity, or compensation of any kind payable by the Seller. Any reshipment costs shall be the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer.

Likewise, any reasonable delay attributable to the carrier shall not entitle the Buyer to any claim for damages or compensation.
