Refund policy

Standard products: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties. The product must be returned in perfect condition.

In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, return shipping costs are under all circumstances the sole responsibility of the Buyer, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. The Buyer is informed of this condition prior to placing an order by means of this notice.

Customized products: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. Any customized order that has been confirmed and put into production cannot be canceled or refunded, except in the case of a proven defect of conformity.
